Q. How long does it take to get my holster?
Each holster is handmade to order, and the current lead time is around 3 weeks. I’m working hard to shorten that without sacrificing quality — thanks for being patient with real craftsmanship.
Q. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since these are custom-built to your specs, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s a fit or function issue, just reach out — I’ll do my best to make it right.
Q. Can I use this holster with a red dot or threaded barrel?
Most of my holsters are built with modern carry setups in mind, including optics and threaded barrels. Just make sure to select your exact build when ordering.
Q. Do your holsters work with weapon lights or lasers?
Yes — I support a range of lights. If your setup isn’t listed, shoot me a message. Some light-bearing options take extra time due to the molding process.
Q. What’s the difference between IWB and OWB holsters?
IWB (Inside the Waistband) goes inside your belt line for deeper concealment. OWB (Outside the Waistband) rides on the outside, typically more comfortable but slightly harder to conceal. Both are available, depending on how you carry.
Q. What kind of clips or attachments do your holsters use?
I use a variety of high-quality attachment options depending on the holster style — including standard over-the-belt clips, soft loops, and custom Velcro backing for bag or off-body carry. Everything is tested for secure retention and daily use.
Q. Can I customize the color or finish?
Absolutely. From Multicam Cordura wraps to glow-in-the-dark finishes (just ask), I offer a wide range of custom options. If you’ve got a wild idea, I’m here for it.
Q. Do your holsters have adjustable retention?
Yes — retention is adjustable on every holster so you can dial in the exact level of grip you want on your firearm.
Q. Will my holster wear out over time?
These are built to last. Kydex and Cordura are extremely durable materials, and every holster is hand-finished to withstand daily use.
Q. Who actually makes my holster?
Me. Just me. I mold, wrap, assemble, and ship every single order personally. This isn’t a factory. It’s one guy in a workshop, making custom gear to help support his family.
Q: When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is sent out via email as soon as we complete your project (check the homepage for current lead time)
Q: Can you do custom images?
Yes! We love doing custom prints, but we do not provide graphic art services. We suggest using an app like “Fiverr” to source a GA we recommend a seamless pattern design as it will work best with our style of holsters. please e-mail us at ContactUS@closequarterscarry.com
